What we collect

NextlyTools is built to be useful without asking you for an account. We do not require signup to use any of our tools. The only data we keep is what you choose to share with us:

• Newsletter signups — your email address, so we can send you product updates.
• Contact form messages — your name, email, and the message you submit so we can reply.
• Domains you look up — temporarily processed to perform the DNS or WHOIS query you requested. Lookup queries are not stored alongside any personally identifying information.

How we use your information

• To deliver the lookup result you asked for.
• To respond to your contact request.
• To send you newsletter updates if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep our admin dashboard secure. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on the public site.

Data retention

Newsletter and contact entries are kept until you ask us to delete them. DNS and WHOIS lookups are not retained.

Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing us through the Contact page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our product evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision.
